Back cushions are usually a fibre material (similar to the consistency of cotton wool). The seating areas are most commonly foam. Because we don’t always sit up straight and tend to lounge, foam interiors (and fibre) can misshapen.
With most leather furniture of today the cushions are upholstered to the main body of the furniture. This doesn’t cause a problem, having decades of experience upholstering the majority of designs over the years, to dismantle furniture and fit replacement foam or fibre cushions in-home we have carried out many many times.
We can easily replace old or damaged cushioning and padding to your specification and needs. All of our replacement pieces are crafted by hand and made to measure with soft, medium or firm options. Anything is achievable so you can trust us to solve your padding issue.
